How long will it take to receive my order once it is placed?
Our lead time usually takes 5-12 business days, plus 10-15 days for shipping. If your order isn't too varied and everything you need is in stock, we can shorten the lead time.

What is DDP service, and why should I consider it?
Using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services will cover all hidden costs, including tariffs, customs duties, taxes, VAT, and any additional handling charges. You won't need to pay anything extra upon arrival. But there are limitations. If your order exceeds certain thresholds, such as weight, value, or the number of different product types, we will not be able to ship your order using the DDP service.

My order is urgent. Can I request faster delivery?
We do not accept urgent orders. However, we can upgrade your shipping for an additional cost. After placing your order, please contact us, and we will update your order with expedited shipping using DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your needs.

Can I place a bulk order directly through the e-shop?
Yes, you can place a bulk order without knowing the exact costs upfront, like unit price or shipping. We will follow up after receiving your order and can make any necessary adjustments. If the final order doesn’t meet your expectations, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

The USPS tracking status says "Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item," and there haven't been updates for a few days. Why is that?
The USPS tracking hasn’t been updated yet because we’re using the DDP USPS service from our logistics company. Tracking will be updated once the package reaches a USPS facility in the U.S.

How do I pay the remaining balance if my order weighs more than 1 kg?
An updated invoice will be sent directly to you from our e-shop, which includes a 'Pay Now' button that you can click to settle the remaining balance.

How can I get a price quote for a larger quantity?
You can find pricing information for some items on our e-shop. If a price quote is not available or if you need a quantity that exceeds what is listed, please send us the item code along with the desired order quantity, and we will provide you with a quote via email.

Is the PayPal and Shopify surcharge included in my order?
Yes and no. If your order is small, the surcharge is already included in the shipping cost. However, if your order is large or the total amount is high, the surcharge cannot be automatically calculated in Shopify and must be added manually.

Can I obtain samples?
Yes. You can request samples by purchasing the items directly from our e-shop.

Can I request a catalog?
No, we don't provide catalog. Because our e-shop functions as our catalog and is continuously updated.
